Personalities of the Year 2012

Afro News

The TopAfric Personality of the Year 2012 award shall be presented to the following at various events, due to be announced. The Media must not only condemn and report evil in society but recognize individuals, institutions and organizations for their positive achievements and contributions.

Three out of the four prizes went to prominent citizens who have served the African community in many ways. The prizes carry none-monetary rewards, though, but recognitions for their relentless services.

H.E Madame Fatoumata Siré Diakité:
The immediate past Ambassador of Mali to Germany, H.E Madame Fatoumata Siré Diakité, stood tall among her colleagues, the African ambassadors. Her special ambassadorial qualities, caliber and character are unique and therefore were not overlooked. She did not only serve Malians but served Africans in General. She has always favored reforming the African Day in Berlin as one of her specialties.

Ex Senator Dietrich Wersich:ditriech wersich medium
Senator Dietrich Wersich (CDU), a former Hamburg State Minister of Social Affairs, Family Affairs, Health and Consumer Protection, for his special relationship to the African community, especially in the port city of Hamburg, has intensified the culture of incisiveness and inclusiveness into the CDU which is usually known for its conservative values. We advise all indigenous Africans residing in Germany to make use of such wonderful opportunities.
